In addition to the content in this book, you will gain access to extra printable charts and guides for you to keep and implement in your workplace. This includes a breakdown of over 60 espresso beverages, barista assessments and guide sheets. If you're a barista hoping to begin, improve or refine your skills, then this is the book for you. If you're a business hoping to achieve the same for yourself and/or your staff, this is the book for you. Inside is also access to free downloadable charts and guides which can be used however the reader wishes.
