One summer day in August, while vacationing at his beach home in Florida, Irwin Cole receives a mysterious package that leads him to discover that his wife is missing. While Cole desperately tries to determine the reasons for her disappearance, the FBI shows up at his door. Eric Dwyer grew up in Southwest Florida. As a child, he spent time fishing with his stepfather in Matlache and around Charlotte Harbor developing a great love of Gulf Coast life. He spent most of his adult years working for a large corporation in Sarasota, Florida until opening his own corporate sponsored store in North Carolina. Wanting to return to his beloved Florida, he sold the store after eight years and came home. He now resides in Port Charlotte with his wife Marell, together cruising aboard their boat Admarell as often as possible.
