The Colourful Kitchen Collection is not a diet book. No diet suits everybody, which is why ION promotes the idea of personalised nutrition.
The ION is a higher education charity that offers training to those who are new to nutrition, to qualified nutritional therapy practitioners and to allied healthcare professionals looking to expand their practice. We are proud to be one of the first providers of nutritional therapy training in the UK, and remains committed to providing courses delivered by an experienced, highly-qualified faculty of academics and clinical and research supervisors.
