The Concise Book of Trigger Points by Simeon Neil-Asher

Painful aching areas that do not respond to local treatment often have remote trigger points, that refer pain to them. They are most often found in muscles, but also in fascia, periosteum, tendons, ligaments, and skin and are caused by such factors as physical and psychological stress, trauma and lack of rest. The Concise Book of Trigger Points has been written for the student and early practitioner of massage / bodywork, physical therapy, and acupuncture. Containing full-colour illustrations, it is unusually clear, accessible and readable.
Amanda Williams (Illustrator) graduated from Middlesex University with a first-class honours degree in Graphic Design (Scientific Illustration). Since then she has worked as a freelance illustrator for various publishers, including Harcourt Brace, Elsevier Science, and The Royal College of Surgeons. Simeon Niel-Asher B.
