Erwin Chemerinsky is the dean of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. His work has appeared in publications such as The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, and The Boston Globe, among others. Among his many works are The Conservative Attack on the Constitution and The Case Against the Supreme Court. He was named the most significant person in legal education in the United States by National Jurist magazine in January 2017.
