Karen Jones started her career as a storyboard artist and editorial illustrator, but it wasn't until she had her own children that she realized her true artistic passion: children's artwork. Karen has also illustrated Arbordale's One Odd Day, My Even Day, and My Half Day in addition to Midnight Chaos at the Zoo. She's also the author and illustrator of ABC Safari. Karen and her family live on the outskirts of Raleigh, North Carolina. Karen's children accompany her on numerous study visits to museums, zoos, and aquariums--a difficult task, but one that must be accomplished!
