President and CEO of his own consulting engineering firm for over 30 years, he recently retired and is now devoting his time to some of his loves...boating, golf and, of course, writing. Married for 30+ years to wife Marguerite, who provides much of the inspiration and help for his writing. Chris lives in Ottawa, Canada.
