When Charlie was growing up he knew one thing for sure. He wasn't going to spend his life in Bentham. But now, here he is. Andrew Holmes's first novel SLEB was published in 2002 to critical acclaim and was shortlisted for the WHSmith New Talent Award. He has since written three other novels, ALL FUR COAT, 64 CLARKE and CRIMINAL RECORDS. He also works as a freelance journalist and lives in Buckinghamshire with his wife and son.
