Bob Graham was born in Australia and trained as an artist in Sydney. Several times winner of the Australia Children's Book Council Picture Book of the Year, he also won the Australian Children's Peace Literature Award in 1993. With over thirty books to his own credit, he has also illustrated for authors, such as Michael Rosen and Iona Opie.
