She has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross, an MBA in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Regis University. Prior to becoming an educator, she had a 26 year career in a major Wall Street firm.
