Su Whale has been working in the flower industry for over 20 years. Based in a busy retail shop in Birmingham, UK. Su also works as a freelance writer and is the floristry editor for Interflora's Mercury Magazine, a position which involves covering major flower shows such as RHS Chelsea and Tatton Park and regular trips to flower events in The Netherlands and Germany. Su is a Fellow of the British Florists Association and holds the National Diploma in Floristry. In 2011 Su published her first book, 'Cut Flowers A practical guide to their selection and care' which has proved to be hugely successful, selling to florists, students, flower arrangers and flower lovers all over the world.
