He staged the now-famous 'Freeze' show in London in 1988. In 1991, he had his first solo exhibition, 'In and Out of Love,' in London, and the following year, he was a significant part of the pioneering Young British Artists exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery in London. In 1995, he was awarded the coveted Turner Prize in London. Hirst's art has been featured in numerous notable group and solo exhibitions around the world. He divides his time between Devon, London, and Mexico.
