This memoir byactor Emily Bevan is a bittersweet journey through grief, pieced together with diary entries and poemsEmily grew up in Oxfordshire and studied English Literature at Newcastle University, where she began writing poetry. She went on to pursue a masters in Classical Acting at Central School of Speech and Drama. She has since appeared in a range of TV and film including Doc Martin, Domina, Temple, Grantchester, A Casual Vacancy, The Thick of It, St Trinians, Midsomer Murders and the BAFTA-winning In the Flesh. Alongside acting, Emily continues to write poetry and is developing a number of ideas for TV. She also spends a lot of time pushing her daughter on the swings.
