Leonard Mlodinow, Ph.D., was a member of the California Institute of Technology faculty before heading to Hollywood to work as a writer on a variety of television shows, including Star Trek: The Next Generation and Night Court. He's also written a number of best-selling and award-winning educational CD-ROMs and given technical and public talks in ten different countries. He is currently the Vice President of Scholastic Inc.'s Emerging Technologies and R&D. He currently resides in New York City.
