Virginia Dunn, BA,MA,Barrister began practice in general and family law and spent over 25 years teaching students training for the Bar at the Inns of Court School of Law, now the City Law School, London. She has been involved with delivering litigation and evidence courses on both the civil and criminal side, and has first-hand knowledge of how the subjects are taught and assessed. She is currently Visiting Lecturer at City Law School. She contributes to their BPTC Manuals supporting training for the Bar, and has written for the Institute of Legal Executives. This book is the sister volume to her Be Civil!: Guide to learning Civil Litigation and Evidence.
