Ferreira, Francisco: - Francisco Ferreira is an independent researcher and lecturer specialising in Andean ethnography. His fields of interest include highland communities, political violence and cocalero areas, especially in Peru. He worked for several years in museum jobs in Britain before completing a PhD in Andean Ethnography at the University of London. He is currently living in Galicia (Spain), and working on a research and media project about the political and social effects of the ongoing Great Recession there.
