This book concentrates on people who came from many places, and ended up in British Columbia.Gordon Long, who grew up in a logging camp without electricity, learned to tell stories the old-fashioned way: at his father's knee. He now divides his time between editing, publishing, traveling, blogging, and writing fantasy and social commentary, with the lines blurring at times. Gordon, his wife Linda, and their Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, Josh, live in Tsawwassen, British Columbia. He is a staff writer for and works on projects with the Surrey Seniors' Planning Table when he is not writing and publishing.
