Kelly, Alan: - ALAN KELLY, now retired but working full time as a discographer, was Head of Professional Studies at Sheffield City College of Education in England. He is the author of two other books in this Gramophone Company series, His Master's Voice/La Voce del Padrone and His Master's Voice/La Voix de Son Maitre (Greenwood, 1988 and 1990), and is currently engaged in the production of two more, dealing this time with Russia. He has published numerous articles and discographies for The Record Collector.
