Daniel Barnett is a barrister specialising in employment law. His previous publications include Avoiding Unfair Dismissal Claims (1999) and Managing Dismissals Fairly (2002). He sits on the Employment Lawyers' Association's management committee and is on the editorial board of three leading employment law journals. Henry Scrope specialises in employment law.
