Mr. McEvoy is a paramedic for Clifton Park-Halfmoon Ambulance, chief medical officer for West Crescent Fire Department, and past chair and current member of the New York State EMS Council. He is the Fire-EMS technical editor for Fire Engineering magazine and has authored numerous publications.
