The Encyclopaedia of Dublin by Douglas Bennett
A new edition of the standard reference work on the city of Dublin which reflects the welter of change that has swept the city since the early 1990s.A native of Dublin, Douglas Bennett was educated at Wesley College and the National College of Art. An internationally acknowledged authority on Irish silver, about which he has published three books and lectured widely, he is secretary of the Company of Goldsmiths of Dublin and is chairman of Douglas Bennett and Associates, a professional fine art valuation company.
