Anthony J. Quinn is an Irish writer and journalist. His debut novel Disappeared was selected as a Times Book of the Year 2014 and led the Daily Mail to mark Quinn as a star in the making. His short stories have twice been shortlisted for a Hennessy/New Irish Writing award. Blind Arrows is the second in a series of three historical novels set in Ireland during WWI and the War of Independence. It follows The Blood-Dimmed Tide, a stunning piece of historical fiction with WB Yeats as its main protagonist. Quinn has been nominated for the Theakston Crime Novel of the Year Award and was shortlisted for the US Strand Literary Award. He lives in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland.
