Newton, Suzanne: - Suzanne Newton was born in Los Angeles in 1975. For more than 14 years, she spent every Sunday at home cooking lunch for the whole family with her mother, Anna. Over the years, she decided to transform her passion into her job. With a lot of effort and a brilliant university career, she graduates in Food Science And Nutrition with excellent grades. Thanks to the experience gained in college, her life changes forever. She is currently head of one of the largest yoga schools in Los Angeles. She follows hundreds of women who are stressed by work and family commitments. She has also launched a famous restaurant chain where she serves only healthy food. She prepares delicious Ketogenic dishes that drive customers crazy. Her goal is to help as many people as possible to train and maintain a healthy diet without giving up her passion for good food. She now lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Paul, not far from her old house. Her books have helped thousands of people who consider them the bible of wellness and good nutrition.
