David Michie is the author of the bestselling 'The Dalai Lama's Cat' series, as well as a variety of mindfulness, meditation, and Buddhism publications. 'Why Mindfulness is Better than Chocolate,' 'Hurry Up and Meditate,' and 'Buddhism for Busy People,' for example, are nonfiction titles. His books are available in over 30 countries and 25 languages.
