Essentials of International Relations by Karen A Mingst
The Fifth Edition offers more ways than ever to help students learn and apply the core ideas in the field. New co-author Ivan Arreguín-Toft brings expertise in security studies to key topics like war and terrorism, helping students see how scholars use concepts and theory to understand them. Newly expanded Global Perspectives boxes use the concepts in each chapter to help students think beyond an American-centric point of view on contemporary issues.
