European Cabinetry by Jim Christ
European cabinetry design is enjoying a boom in popularity. The guide provides diagrams, photographs and instructions to show how to measure, construct, sand, oil, lacquer and assemble European cabinets and assesses how to incorporate techniques into traditional cabinet making systems.
Jim Christ has taught writing, literature and history for over twenty years in both public and private schools. He has served as a secondary school and district-level administrator in both Phoenix and Tucson. He holds a B.A. in English Literature and Writing as well as Master's degrees in English and Educational Administration. One of four siblings from a working-class family, he has extensive experience as a cabinetmaker. Christ grew up in Tucson, where he still resides with his wife of forty-two years.
