Carol then went freelance and as well as making celebration and wedding cakes has written for cake and food magazines--these include Cake Craft and Decoration and BBC Good Food. She is the author of Fabulous Party Cakes and Cupcakes. Carol lives in Hertfordshire, England with her husband, three children, a very sticky kitchen, and a whole bunch of ideas for her next book.
