David A.Sousa is a member of the Cognitive Neuroscience Society and an worldwide educational neuroscience consultant and author. Dr. Sousa holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Bridgewater State University, a master's degree in science education from Harvard University, and a doctorate in chemistry from Rutgers University. He was a visiting lecturer at Rutgers University and an adjunct professor of education at Seton Hall University. Dr. Sousa has been interviewed on his work with schools using brain science by Matt Lauer on the NBC Today Show and by National Public Radio. He resides in the state of Florida.
