He’ll also be cooking up some delicious food, using wines of the various regions. • Master of Wine Jonathan Pedley adds weight to the informative side of the programme, and has a good rapport with Floyd. Pedley will explain all about wine tasting and the differences between the various wines – how they are made, characteristics, etc. • Book will feature locations shots of Floyd and Pedley in France and recipe shots. Until his death in 2009 Keith devoted his life to cooking, except for a few brief excursions into the army and the antiques and wine trades. He presented 14 highly successful television cookery and travel series, and was the author of 15 bestselling books. When not hurtling around the world, he spent his time fishing and sailing in Marbella, Spain.
