Makoto returns to rural Japan to work on her magic after being away for six years. In her new home, she, along with her black cat Chito, share some of what she has learned as she gets used to living in a slower and more curious part of the country.Chihiro Ishizuka is a character about whom nothing is known. He was born and bred in the far north of Japan, and his first appearance in comics was with Flying Witch in 2012. Ishizuka was born in Aomori Prefecture's Hirosaki City. Ishizuka attended Nippon Engineering College after graduating from high school, where he studied manga production.
