In 1989 Bill Sewell founded The Place Below vegetarian restaurant in the Norman crypt of St. Mary-le-Bow church in the heart of the City of London. It is considered by many to be the best vegetarian restaurant in the capital. He has also been responsible for launching a celebrated café in Hereford located at the Nave end of a Gothic church. Bill loves food as much as he enjoys sharing his delicious, down to earth recipes with people who will enjoy cooking and eating them. He lives in South London with his wife, Sarah.
