The book features 33 of Gehry's most renowned projects, influding the Vitra Furniture Museum and Factory in Weil am Rhein, Germany, the Entertainment Centre at Disneyland Paris, and the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao.
Mildred Friedman was curator of architecture at the Walker Art Center for many years. She edited The Architecture of Frank Gehry (1986) and was the curator of a Gehry exhibition at the Walker Art Center. Michael Sorkin is a New York-based architecture critic.
