This German-language course concerns the provision of service from the point of view of UK tourism and leisure professionals. The course is built around a variety of situations such as reception, information-giving and gathering, food services and sales. The course is structured as a series of 12 units, each of which is centred around one particular leisure or tourist attraction, and focuses on typical situations that a member of staff working there may have to deal with. Within each unit, particular emphasis is placed on listening and speaking.
