Kannapat Kankaew is an Assistant Professor at College of Hospitality Industry Management; Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. He received Doctor of Public Administration majoring in Human Resources Management. Prior his academic professional, he used to work in the aviation industry for more than 13 years. He has published and participated in International Conferences more than 20 papers in repute journals. And he has dedicated as an editorial board, associate editor, and reviewer for various journals both domestic and international. He is one of the working committee and examiner of Thailand Professional Qualification Institutes (Public Organization) for airport ground service professional.
