John Walsh is the Ireland Correspondent for the Daily Telegraph. He was most recently the Deputy Editor of The Times, Ireland edition. Previous roles include Business Editor of the Irish Examiner, Editor of Business & Finance Magazine and markets reporter with Reuters. He has freelanced for the Sunday Telegraph and the BBC. Educated at University College Cork, he lives in Dun Laoghaire with his wife, Mary Minihan, and two sons, Hugh and Dominic.
