Go and Play Badminton by Steve Baddeley
This book shows how exciting and skilful a game badminton can be. The book describes in detail all the different shots needed in the game - the overhead clear, smash and drop, the backhand shots, net shots and kills, the service and return of service, and defence. Also included are chapters on the correct grip, equipment, the doubles game and training. Steve Baddeley was the 1990 European Men's Singles champion and with 143 caps, is England's most capped player ever. Before retiring in 1991 he won six national titles. He is now director of coaching and development for the Scottish Badminton Union and will be the Olympic badminton team manager in 1992. He is also the author of "Badminton in Action" (1988).| SKU | Unavailable |
