Andy Elmes is a pastor, leader, published author and popular conference speaker. He and his wife Gina lead Family Church, a multi-congregational church consisting of several church plants located primarily around the South of England, as well as two congregations in the Philippines. Andy is a strategist who thinks outside of the box, very much the visionary, never short of a new way forward. He heads up a number of other ministries including Synergy Alliance, Synergy Christian Churches and Great Big Life. Each of these seeks to empower and equip leaders and people to live the biggest life they can. He has authored a number of books, as well as having a globally-read internet devotional called Breakfast of Champions. He is always in great demand as a conference speaker and is known for speaking in a life-filled and very animated way, bringing God's truth in a way you'll never forget. Andy's heart beats as that of an evangelist, and he loves to see the lost won to Christ and the Church mobilised and equipped to do so. Over the years he has become a pastor to many other pastors, walking with them and standing by them as they live out the dream God has given them. From over twenty fruitful years in ministry, planting churches and leading leaders, he brings great wisdom and a Christ-centred focus to those he pastors and works with. Andy and Gina have five lovely children - Olivia, Ethan, Gaby, Sophie and Christina - and are committed to seeing each of them grow to love God, know his ways and discover all that God has for them.
