A guide to the world of Belgian beer. Suitable for both leisure and business travellers as well as for armchair drinkers, it gives an outline of breweries, beers and bars, and includes comprehensive advice on getting there, being there, what to eat, where to stay and how to bring beers back home.
Tim Webb has been writing about beer for over twenty years, he used to run CAMRA's Great British Beer Festival and was co-founder and first chair of CAMRA's publishing company. He wrote the first edition of the Good Beer Guide to Belgium and Holland in 1992, which has spawned five further national beer guides to Belgium, two foreign editions and various spin-off publications, including guides to Bruges, Brussels, lambic brewing and the country's top 100 beers.
