DAVIDE CALI started his career as a cartoonist for the Italian magazine Linus in 1994. He started writing children's novels in 2000 and has since released over a hundred, including Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Cinderella and the Furry Slippers. Cali has received the Bologna Ragazzi Special Award, the Enfantaisies Prize in Switzerland, the Baobob Prize, the Belgium Libbylit Award, and the SNCF Award in France. His books have been published in French, Italy, Austria, the United States, and Canada, with translations appearing in eighteen other countries. Davide currently resides in Genoa, Italy.
MIGUEL TANCO is a children's book author and illustrator who has won numerous awards. In Spain, where he was born and reared, and in Italy, he teaches illustration and organizes creative workshops for children. Around forty children's novels have been published by him, including You and Me, Me and You, Les Farfelus, and The Tale of Cyrano de Bergerac. He and his wife Federica live in Milan with their two wonderful sons, Pablo and Javier.
