The Greatest Slimming and Healthy Living Tips in the World by Wendy Green
If you want to lose weight, or simply become fitter and healthier, but don't have the time, willpower, or money, to indulge in strict or expensive diet, health, or exercise regimes, then this book is for you! Healthy eating remains a matter of ongoing public interest and this great little book offers suggestions which are not only fun, but accessible and realistic too. The author shows that the underlying philosophy that simple and achievable dietary and lifestyle changes, rather than costly and time-consuming dietary regimes and gym memberships, can have a major impact on people's weight and health. With chapters such as 'Think thin', 'Super foods', 'Healing herbs', 'No time for the gym?' and 'Sleep tight', this book will help guide readers gently towards healthier eating and living - not take them to the foreign and scary extremes advocated by certain eating gurus. Packed with tips based on the latest scientific research and proven techniques, it reveals how small behavioural, dietary and lifestyle changes can result in big improvements in your shape, health and fitness - without going anywhere near a gym!
