SARAH OWENS is the founder of BK17 Bakery, an artisan microbakery in Brooklyn, and the head steward of the world renowned rose collection and gardens at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. BK17 specializes in sourdough baking. Sarah's customers receive fresh baked products via a subscription service that covers Brooklyn and Manhattan. She has appeared on The Martha Stewart Show and has been featured in Edible NYC, Gardenista, and 66 Square Feet.
