Could save you a fortune! Classic & Sports CarThe Hillman Imp was the highly interesting but unsuccessful competitor of the Mini, which until today is largely treated "neglected" (and is often simply forgotten). The youngest, 64-page volume of the series "Essential Buyers Guide" is dedicated to this rare type and its variations. Illustrated with around 100 illustrations, the author - who has more than 160 Imps throughout his life - explains the strong and weal and "traps" of the series. - Austo Classic.
Tim Morgan bought his first Hillman Imp at the age of 16. Since then, he has owned over 160 Imps, of all kinds. He joined the Imp Club in the early ‘90s, and has held positions on its committee, and started its West Kent Area Centre. During his 30-year association with Imps, he has looked at and assessed hundreds, if not thousands of cars, either with a view to buying them himself, assisting a club member to make a purchase, or valuing a car. This passion led to a career as a classic car journalist, and to writing this book.
