M. A. Malcolm is a native of Jamaica, where she works as a freelance copy editor, self-publishing consultant and part-time educator. She is the proud owner of Nitpicking with a Purpose, an editing service specializing in enhancing the work of Christian writers, and getting them self-published. Mrs. Malcolm was inspired to write her debut novel-His Last Hope-after experiencing multiple pregnancy losses. She wanted to share a message of hope with women in a similar situation. In 2015, under the name of Marsha A. Malcolm, she published her first children's book, So very... Max! to remind children that what makes them different also makes them special. She also expects to release His Last Resort -- the long-awaited prequel to His Last Hope and Book One in the new His Last Hope Series -- in March, 2017. As a result of the impending publication of the prequel, His Last Hope has become Book Two in the series. Mrs. Malcolm is a busy wife and mother who credits her ability to write to her faith and obedience to God, as well as her capacity to survive on less sleep than she thought humanly possible.
