Pierre DuBois holds a doctorate in industrial psychology from the University of Montréal. He has worked as an organizational development consultant for a variety of companies in Canada, the United States, and Europe. He is the author of two Québecor articles: The Employee's Feeling of Belonging and Become an Impact Player in Your Organization. He co-wrote three young adult novels with his daughter Catherine for Boomerang Youth. In 2016, he signed a deal with Les Pays de Franz.

This first adult novel, published by the Éditions Vents d'Ouest, has received a lot of positive feedback. Finally, as a composer, Pierre DuBois has written works for piano, chamber orchestras, and symphony orchestras.
