
Honey in the Kitchen by Joyce White
Joyce White a keen beekeeper, who used her honey in much of her cooking has written a recipe book which covers its use in all types of meals together with preserves, beverages and bread making.Joyce White, a contributing food editor for Heart & Soul magazine, also writes for a variety of magazines about food, health, lifestyles, and travel. The Boston Globe, the New York Times, Newsday, the Chicago Tribune, the Montreal Gazette, and Essence magazine have all published her work. She's previously worked at Ladies' Home Journal as an associate food editor and the New York Daily News as a reporter and editor. She received a Knight-Ridder journalistic scholarship from Stanford University in 1980. White attended the Cordon Bleu cookery school in Paris and is a founder member of the New York Wine Writers Circle.
