
Gus Lee was a paratrooper, an Army judge advocate, and a supervising deputy district attorney. He served as legal counsel to congressional probes into military wrongdoing, and his trial advocacy earned him the Silk Purse Award and other honors. He was the State Bar of California's statewide prosecutor training, the deputy director of the California District Attorneys Association, and a senior executive. He is now a full-time writer, married with two children, and still works as a trainer for the FBI, the Department of Justice, and a variety of companies.
