He was a Chief Executive in the NHS for 12 years, and is now a Director of the consulting business Tricordant Ltd. He leads the Ignite fellowship of Christians from a variety of denominations in the workplace and business in the south-east of England. He believes passionately that the sacred-secular divide is a man-made falsehood that God is dismantling, and that Christians in the work-place and business have a first class spiritual calling to be His Church in the world, to usher in the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven. Roger is married with 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren (to date!). He lives in West Sussex but says that while you can take the boy out of Liverpool, but you can never take Liverpool out of the boy!
