How the Bond Market Works by Zipf

First published in 1988, this guide has been completely updated to reflect changes in the debt-instrument market. This revised edition provides current information on the different bond instruments, their relative risks and benefits, underwriting, markets, listings and quotations, and buy/sell procedures. This edition also includes: expanded coverage of the municipal bond market - the economic risk of issuers, derivatives and their use, the use of municipal bond insurance, and the proposed increase in regulation; increased coverage of collateralized mortgage obligations (CMOs) - various issuers and types, risks, usage, market size and the use of derivatives.
