1963. First Edition. 144 pages. Illustrated jacket over green cloth with gilt titles to spine. Includes B&W illustrations throughout. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Binding is firm. Foxing and tanning more noticeable towards start and end of book and on text block edges. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. Text block edges are a little dusty and foxed with minor scratches. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt is bright. Clipped jacket has light edgewear with small tears, mild chips, and heavy creasing. Jacket is rather rubbed and marked overall. Slight insect damage to flaps. Heavy scuffing to rear panel.
