The feel-good place to buy books
In Eddy's Diary by Janet Doyle
Edwina (Eddy to her friends) spent the summer she was fourteen on a Welsh hillside with her Aunt Jane. A tragedy occurred which changed the course of more than just Eddy’s life.
Despite creating a beautiful home and a successful career, she has always been haunted by those past events. When Aunt Jane finds her discarded diary and insists on questioning her, Eddy’s life begins to fall apart. She is forced to confront the truth she has ignored about her husband and the truth she failed to tell Dylan, the boy she met on that Welsh hillside.
Janet Doyle is a Shropshire lass, although she has lived in Germany and Canada. She loves stories – reading them, watching them and writing them. If not tapping away at her computer with a view of the Shropshire hills for company, she may be found in her garden trimming the roses.
